This is the 2nd payment of your reservation in the 2026 San Francisco International Sport Business Program. After you have paid the deposit of $4,000, your 2ND payment of $2,299.50 will be due.
Total program cost will include a deposit ($4,000) and 2 additional payments (payment 2 & 3) of $2,299.50 each, which can be found on the payment page. The total of the program package is $8,599. You also have the option to pay program costs in full by selecting the FULL PAYMENT option of $8,599.
Credit card processing fees of 3% of the total amount will be the responsibility of the consumer and will be added to the total payment cost.

LODGING & TRAVEL EXPENSES:
- Lodging accommodations - Due to the high-profile nature of events like the Super Bowl, lodging costs are significantly elevated during this time and represent over one-third of the total program investment, ensuring your stay meets the standards of a professional experience. 
 
- Group shuttle transportation to program-related events and activities. 
MEALS:
- Breakfast every morning along with a few select group meals. 
- Depending on your assigned event experience, additional meals may be provided during your shift by the event or organization you’re working with. 
INCLUSIONS & EXTRAS
- Tickets are included for all full-group activities on the itinerary that require paid entry. 
- A Living Sport swag bag including exclusive Living Sport gear—including program t-shirts, a branded backpack, and fun surprises—as a welcome to the team! 
- Gratuities for service professionals are covered to ensure a smooth and professional experience from start to finish. 
WHAT’S NOT INCLUDED:
- Airfare: Participants are responsible for booking their own flights based on instructions provided by the Living Sport team. 
- Additional Meals: Meals outside of those specifically listed in the program itinerary are not included. 
- Leisure Activities: Any optional activities or personal expenses during free time are at your own cost.
