While paying online, be sure to choose the program you will be participating in and select the payment that applies to your correct payment schedule. Online payment fees will apply.

Order confirmations will be sent immediately following payment.

CANCELATION/REFUND POLICY:
Due to the time-sensitive nature of event access, staffing commitments, lodging arrangements, and third-party partnerships associated with the program, Living Sport maintains the following cancellation policy:

• On or before August 1, 2026:
  Participants may cancel and receive a refund of payments made, less a $300 administrative cancellation fee and any non-refundable processing fees.

After August 1, 2026:
All payments are non-refundable and non-transferable. No refunds will be issued for any reason, including but not limited to schedule conflicts, travel disruptions, personal circumstances, or inability to attend.

All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email to Living Sport LLC at losangeles2027@livingsport.com.
