    Role Overview

    The Program Manager plays a vital role in the success of Living Sport’s 10-day International Sport Business Program, held during Super Bowl LX Week in San Francisco. This position requires a strong leader to oversee logistics, transportation, event setup/teardown, and on-the-ground troubleshooting. Program Managers are central to ensuring that the program runs smoothly, participants are managed effectively, and every aspect of the schedule flows seamlessly.

    This role is designed for individuals ready to step into a leadership position in the sport industry—managing people, solving problems in real time, and executing at the highest level of live events.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Participant Management – Supervise and support groups of program participants, ensuring professionalism, safety, and adherence to schedules.

    • Logistics Coordination – Oversee daily program operations, including transportation, credential distribution, meal coordination, and room management.

    • Event Execution – Lead the setup, operation, and breakdown of program events, workshops, and partner activations.

    • Communication & Troubleshooting – Serve as a primary point of contact for participants and staff; resolve issues quickly to keep programming on track.

    • Team Leadership – Mentor participants, delegate responsibilities, and motivate teams to perform at their best.

    • Industry Relations – Support the Living Sport management team at events, helping to foster relationships with sport executives and partners.

    • Operational Support – Assist with documentation, reporting, and any special assignments required by the management team.

    Requirements

    To be considered for the Program Manager role, candidates should demonstrate:

    • Education & Background

      • Bachelor’s degree preferred (or equivalent professional experience).

      • Previous experience in event management, logistics, sports operations, or student leadership strongly valued.

    • Skills & Competencies

      • Strong leadership and supervisory skills, with the ability to guide and motivate groups of college-age students.

      • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities to handle a fast-paced, multi-day schedule.

      • Professional communication skills, both verbal and written.

    Role Overview

    Living Sport is seeking talented and ambitious photographers and videographers to capture the energy, emotion, and impact of our International Sport Business Programs and global events. This role is designed for individuals passionate about visual storytelling who thrive in fast-paced event environments and want to build an industry-relevant portfolio in sports, travel, and business.

    As a Photographer & Videographer, you will join our creative media team to document programs, execute content strategies, and deliver professional-quality photo and video assets. Assignments may include on-site coverage at international sporting events as well as select remote editing projects.

    Who We’re Looking For

    We’re seeking creative, detail-oriented professionals who:

    • Use their camera regularly and demonstrate strong technical and creative photography/videography skills.

    • Have the ability to capture content that works across multiple platforms (web, social media, and potential print).

    • Maintain a portfolio of proven work (applicants will be required to submit recent samples).

    • Own professional-grade equipment capable of delivering high-resolution files.

    • Thrive in collaborative environments while maintaining accountability, reliability, and professionalism.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Event Coverage – Provide complete photo and video documentation of Living Sport programs, events, and related projects.

    • Content Creation – Capture dynamic, story-driven visuals to support marketing, branding, and participant engagement.

    • Collaboration – Work with the Director of Digital Media to execute creative plans, follow shot lists, and fulfill deliverables.

    • Rapid Turnaround – Manage editing, file organization, and delivery within agreed deadlines.

    • Creative Storytelling – Identify opportunities to capture trending or spontaneous moments that elevate the Living Sport story.

    • Global Assignments – Travel as required for projects, supporting on-the-ground media needs during major events.

    Requirements

    • Proven experience in photography and/or videography (portfolio required).

    • Proficiency with editing tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Lightroom, Photoshop, Final Cut, or similar.

    • Ownership of professional-level equipment suitable for high-resolution output.

    • Ability to adapt to varied environments, from high-energy sports events to formal networking functions.

    • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple assignments simultaneously.

    • Flexibility to work long hours and meet fast-paced production needs during live events.

    • Availability to travel domestically and internationally for project-based assignments.

Designed exclusively for Living Sport alumni, this role provides the opportunity to step into a professional staff position supporting the execution of major events while mentoring the next generation of program participants.

    Program Assistants serve as the bridge between participants and the Program Managers, ensuring logistics are executed smoothly, communication is clear, and participants feel supported. This is a professional role with significant responsibility—you will be relied upon to manage details, solve problems, and guide participants as they gain career-changing experiences.

    Who We’re Looking For

    We’re seeking Living Sport alumni who are ready to:

    • Step into a leadership role, helping oversee daily program operations.

    • Serve as a mentor and role model for college-age and early-career participants.

    • Represent Living Sport’s mission and uphold its standards of professionalism.

    • Work collaboratively with Program Managers and fellow assistants to ensure smooth execution.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Participant Support – Act as the primary point of contact for program participants, ensuring they are informed, equipped, and supported throughout the program.

    • Logistics & Operations – Assist with program logistics such as transportation, event setup, check-ins, scheduling, and organizational tasks to keep the program running seamlessly.

    • Mentorship – Provide professional guidance, share career insights, and offer advice to participants through group interactions and one-on-one sessions.

    • Alumni Panel – Participate in alumni panel discussions by sharing your professional path, the impact of Living Sport on your career, and actionable business-focused advice for students.

    • One-on-One Sessions – Meet individually with participants to discuss their career aspirations, answer questions, and provide mentorship.

    • Special Assignments – Take ownership of specific program duties, which may include digital media leadership, managing special projects, overseeing travel logistics, or driving a van. Duties will be assigned in advance during team meetings.

    • Pre-Departure Engagement – Attend the Pre-Departure Zoom session to connect with participants and receive program-specific instructions.
