Capturing the excitement before working Super Bowl LV!

Living Sport's International Sport Business (ISB) Program was created to give passionate sport professionals, recent graduates, and current students an edge over the thousands of job seekers looking to score a gig in sports. Stemming from the popularity of edutainment experiences, Living Sport gives young adults the chance to receive international work experience and explore other countries through sport.

Our Sport Business Program is led by industry professionals who have immense experience in the sport industry and mentoring young professionals. Program participants will interact with sports business professionals creating a lasting network that extends far beyond the program.

Internship credits can be earned for this experience. Study hall sessions will be built in for those still in class.

SUPER BOWL LVI WEEKLONG FESTIVITIES

Secure a spot to work with the NFL Super Bowl LVI Committee, as the big show heads to SoFi Stadium in Los Angeles, California! For four days, the Super Bowl staff will welcome us to their weeklong Super Bowl events as our group will see the innerworkings of one of the largest sporting events in the world!

The current state of the sport industry is still navigating through the remanence of 2020, a time like we have never seen before. This incredible opportunities will make up for that!

The Living Sport team will learn directly what it takes to work on your toes in the exciting world of the National Football League’s main event. Living Sport program participants will also attend multiple days of conference style presentations from business professionals to prepare for this experience.

The STAPLES Center is a multi-purpose arena in Downtown Los Angeles. Adjacent to the L.A. Live development, it is located next to the Los Angeles Convention Center complex along Figueroa Street. The arena opened on October 17, 1999.

It is owned and operated by the Arturo L.A. Arena Company and Anschutz Entertainment Group. The arena is home venue to the Los Angeles Kings of the National Hockey League (NHL), the Los Angeles Lakers and the Los Angeles Clippers of the National Basketball Association (NBA), and the Los Angeles Sparks of the Women's National Basketball Association (WNBA).

The Los Angeles Avengers of the Arena Football League (AFL) and the Los Angeles D-Fenders of the NBA D-League were also tenants; the Avengers were folded in 2009, and the D-Fenders moved to the Lakers' practice facility at the Toyota Sports Center in El Segundo, California for the 2011–12 season.

Staples Center is also host to over 250 events and nearly 4 million guests each year. It is the only arena in the NBA shared by two teams, as well as one of only three North American professional sports venues to host two teams from the same league; MetLife Stadium, the home of the National Football League's New York Giants and New York Jets, is one; SoFi Stadium, the home of the National Football League's Los Angeles Chargers and Los Angeles Rams, is the other. Staples Center is the venue of the Grammy Awards ceremony and will host the basketball competition during the 2028 Summer Olympics.

DIGNITY HEALTH SPORTS PARK

HOME TO THE LA GALAXY (MLS)

Dignity Health Sports Park.jpg

Dignity Health Sports Park, is a multiple-use sports complex located on the campus of California State University, Dominguez Hills in Carson, California. It consists of the 27,000-seat Dignity Health Sports Park Soccer Stadium, the Dignity Health Sports Park Tennis Stadium, a track and field facility and a velodrome: VELO Sports Center. It is approximately 14 miles south of downtown Los Angeles and its primary tenant is the LA Galaxy.

Opened in 2003, the $150 million complex was developed and is operated by the Anschutz Entertainment Group. With a seating capacity of 27,000, it is the largest soccer-specific stadium in the U.S. and the second-largest among its kind in MLS, after Toronto FC's BMO Field in Ontario, Canada. In addition to hosting LA Galaxy games since its opening, the stadium also served as the home of the now-defunct Chivas USA MLS team from 2005 to 2014.

The stadium was the temporary home of the Los Angeles Chargers from 2017 to 2019. It was the smallest NFL stadium over the course of those three seasons. While the Chargers played in the stadium, the facility was named ROKiT Field at StubHub Center; ROKiT's naming rights to the football field were part of a "multi-year" agreement.
