This February, our International Sport Business Program takes you to the heart of Super Bowl LIX and the incredible weeklong events leading up to the big game! You’ll dive headfirst into the fast-paced, high-profile world of Super Bowl week, helping execute events like the NFL’s Super Bowl Experience Fan Fest, Super Bowl Sunday, and meaningful Immersive City Super Week Legacy Events.

ABOUT New ORLEANS
Known as the “Big Easy,” New Orleans is celebrated for its lively music scene, incredible cuisine, and unique blend of French, Spanish, and Creole influences, making it a one-of-a-kind destination that captivates visitors from around the globe.
This iconic city will host Super Bowl LIX at the Caesars Superdome, a venue steeped in sports history and a cornerstone of New Orleans' cultural identity since it opened in 1975. This marks another chapter in the city's storied connection to hosting marquee sporting events, with this being the 11th Super Bowl to take place in New Orleans.
New Orleans boasts a passionate sports culture, highlighted by professional teams such as the Saints (NFL) and Pelicans (NBA). The city is also home to numerous college sporting events, including the famed Sugar Bowl and NCAA Final Four.

This exclusive opportunity puts students at the heart of the excitement, working behind the scenes of one of the world’s largest mega-events.
From managing event logistics to enhancing customer experiences, participants will gain hands-on experience in high-stakes event operations. It’s your chance to be part of the team that brings Super Bowl week to life, learning directly from the pros while making an impact in a fast-paced, professional environment.
NETWORKING WITH INDUSTRY PROFESSIONALS:
This program offers an unparalleled networking platform that is essential for launching a successful career in the sports industry. FAN ACCESS TO SUPER BOWL WEEK EVENTS:
When the schedule allows, students will have the thrilling opportunity to immerse themselves in marquee Super Bowl Week events! Dive into the excitement at the Super Bowl Experience, the NFL’s ultimate football festival, where you can meet NFL players and legends. Be part of the action at Super Bowl Opening Night at the iconic Caesars Superdome, gaining a behind-the-scenes preview of Super Bowl imagery and hearing directly from players and coaches during their only public appearance before the big game.
But that’s not all—students can also attend exclusive community events and even witness the live broadcasts of ESPN and NFL Network right from the heart of the action. It’s your chance to soak in the electrifying atmosphere of Super Bowl Week like never before!

This program is a sport business school, international travel experience, and global work opportunity with networking, all rolled into one. Think of it as an investment in your future career and life. Space is limited. Apply early to secure your spot.
WHAT’S INCLUDED (PRELIMINARY):
Placement on the staff of the 2025 Super Bowl Host Committee team
Career building workshop sessions with industry professionals
Breakfast every morning. Welcome session dinner, opening session lunch, one other group meal, and weeklong snacks. TBD if the Super Bowl events will be providing meals during shifts.
Group shuttle transportation to program events
All lodging accommodations
Please consider that your stay is during a high-profile event and the expense is over 1/3 of program costs
Tickets to any full group activity that is apart of the itinerary that charges admission.

SAMPLE PAYMENT SCHEDULE:
A deposit of $1,500 is needed to reserve your spot once you are accepted into the program. This deposit goes toward full program costs.
A payment plan consisting of two (2) additional payments will be set up for the remainder of the cost with the full amount due prior to departure.
