WHAT THE APPLICATION PROCESS LOOKS LIKE

APPLY ONLINE: Apply today using our short application form. The link is located below. There is no fee to apply for our program. The application includes a few open-ended questions to help us get to know you. Be prepared to send your resume and to list two professional references that know you well. The Program Committee will review your application and if selected will schedule an interview. After the interview has been completed, a Living Sport representative will contact you within two weeks to inform you if you were accepted into the program.

 

ENROLLMENT PROCESS: Successful applicants will be invited to enroll in the program. You will be assigned a Program Advisor who will answer all questions and guide you through program guidelines including the program's payment schedule. The full itinerary will be given to you at this time. Since limited spaces are available, at this phase a $500.00 deposit is required to reserve your spot in the program. 

 

PROGRAM PREPARATION: Once you are officially a part of the program, your Program Advisor will be there for you to help you with any questions you may have. At this time, we will also help you develop your fundraising campaign and give you information about additional ways to secure funding.

 

 

PROGRAM UPDATES: Periodically we will send out updates and travel tips for all involved. Your Program Advisor will keep in contact to ensure proper communication throughout the entire process up until we are ready for our trip.
